A high performance surface finish needs a strong and stable base material to ensure it provides you with long life joinery with minimum up keep.

Aluminium provides a very stable base, and both the electrostatic powdercoating and the anodising processes provide high quality and durable surface protection with a wide range of decorative properties appealing to  both architects and homeowners alike.

Other less stable materials continue to be available but the cost of regular repainting and maintenance adds to the cost of ownership. All other material types now account for less than 5% of the total demand as aluminium products offer both modern and traditional good looks without the high maintenance costs.
