What is Powder Coating?

The Powder Coating Process

How does it work? Powder coating is a dry finishing process. Finely ground particles of pigment and resin are electro-statically charged and sprayed onto the joinery sections to be coated. These sections are then baked in an oven until the powder is fully cured.
